Jungle, river, Caribbean and good vibes.
A boutique place for ten guests at most: earth-built cabins on wheels, our own stretch of river and the quiet energy of Mendihuaca, minutes from Tayrona National Park.
See the cabins
Each cabin pairs the region's traditional earth-building techniques with a sustainable base on wheels and the comforts you actually want.

Ancestral elegance on wheels. Built in quincha (an earth-and-cane technique the region has used for centuries) with a thatched roof, raised on wheels and finished with quality fittings. Living earth architecture, with comfort.

Teak, caña lata cane and a traditional thatched roof, on a trailer base. Four single beds in two bunks, each with its own programmable fan and reading light. At the back, a private deck with table and chairs for the evening breeze.

Privacy and comfort under the canopy. Handmade in timber, quincha and thatch on wheels, with one double bed and two singles, veil mosquito nets, programmable fans and its own back deck with table and chairs.
Manigua is being repaired. Bookings open soon; message us if you want to hear when.
Walk straight in to cool off in water that comes down from the Sierra Nevada. Twenty minutes up a jungle trail is the Poza Encantada, and twenty minutes the other way the river meets the Caribbean.
Cold water, big boulders and monkeys in the trees in the afternoon.

International dishes and Colombian flavours with seasonal fruit, fresh juices, craft beer and tropical cocktails. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with local, nourishing options, and pure Sierra water.
Open to non-guests too. You don't have to go far to eat well.
We love animals and have two dogs of our own, so your furry companion is welcome. The wide canopy, the trails and the river make Dos Peladas a stress-free place for them.
We are the couple behind Dos Peladas: lovers of music, nature and the road. After years of adventures on two wheels and of crossing landscapes in our camper, we found our place in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
Today we share that dream in a boutique hideaway of cabins on wheels. Together with our two dogs we'll be waiting with open arms. There will always be a guitar playing, good food, a clear river and a home away from home.
Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia. We sit steps from the trail to the Poza Encantada and minutes from the beach and the river mouth.
Open in Google MapsThis place is beautiful, as are its hosts. The room we stayed in is lovely, very comfortable, clean, and beautifully built. The food always made us feel so happy, as everything is prepared with so much love.
The place was amazing, accommodation was great and Angela and Sergio were very caring hosts! Would absolutely recommend! Bonus: Tierra, the cutest doggo!
A hostel perfect for disconnecting from everything and spending a few pleasant days surrounded by nature. Excellent location, close to the river and about a 15-minute walk from the beach.
